These Terms & Conditions apply to the website and all associated platforms operated under the ok33 brand. References to "ok33", "we", and "platform" mean ok33.ws and all its services. References to "member", "you", and "user" mean any individual registered with ok33.

By using any ok33 service, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these terms. These terms and conditions complement — and do not replace — applicable laws and regulations in Bangladesh.

To open an account with ok33, you must provide accurate and truthful information. ok33 reserves the right to terminate any account registered with false or incomplete details at any time.

• Each individual may operate only one ok33 account.
• The mobile number or email address provided at registration must remain active.
• Sharing your account login credentials (password, OTP) with anyone else is strictly prohibited.
• Transferring, selling, or renting your account to another party is strictly prohibited.
• Ok33 reserves the right to request KYC verification from any member at any time.

Ok33 strictly enforces its age policy. Anyone under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited from opening an account or placing bets on ok33.

Ok33 may request government-issued ID to verify any member's age. Failure to provide valid identification may result in the account being temporarily suspended.

The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals at ok33:

• Deposits and withdrawals must be made using the same payment method and the same account.
• If a deposit is made but no bets are placed promptly, ok33 may review the account.
• Withdrawals will be suspended if money laundering or illegal activity is suspected.
• KYC verification may be required before your first withdrawal.

The following rules apply to all bets placed on ok33, including Sports Betting, live bets, casino games, and all other bet types.

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled — Once a bet is submitted on ok33, it cannot be changed.
• Odds fluctuations during live betting are normal. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the ones that will apply.
• If a match is cancelled before the scheduled time, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error, ok33 reserves the right to void that bet.
• In an accumulator bet, if one match is cancelled, that leg's odds will be counted as 1.00.
• If match-fixing or suspicious betting patterns are identified, ok33 may place the relevant bets under investigation.

Ok33 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions, each with specific terms and conditions that must be met.

• Welcome Bonus: A bonus of up to 100% is available on your first deposit. A minimum turnover of 10x is required to cash out this bonus.
• Cashback Bonus: Weekly cashback is credited directly to your balance and generally carries no wagering requirements.
• Free Bet: Winnings from free bets may be subject to a minimum 5x wagering requirement before withdrawal.
• Withdrawing while a bonus is active will result in the bonus being forfeited.
• If bonus abuse is detected — such as fulfilling wagering requirements through low-risk bets — the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.
• Ok33 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ok33 platform. Violations may result in account termination and legal action:

• Creating multiple accounts or claiming bonuses through more than one account
• Operating an account under another person's identity
• Making deposits using fraudulent or stolen payment details
• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to ok33's systems
• Abusing bonuses or applying arbitrage betting strategies
• Harassing or engaging in inappropriate conduct toward other members
• Using ok33 for money laundering or processing illegal funds

Ok33 may temporarily suspend or permanently close a member's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any clause within the terms and conditions
• If suspicious activity is detected regarding account security
• Failure to complete KYC verification
• By court order or at the request of law enforcement authorities

Members may request account closure at any time by contacting the ok33 Help Center. Any valid balance may be withdrawn before the account is closed.

Ok33 places the highest importance on member privacy. Your personal information and betting history are kept strictly confidential. ok33's Privacy Policy forms an integral part of these terms and conditions.

• Ok33 will never ask for your password or OTP.
• Your information is never shared with third parties, except where required by law.
• All data is secured with SSL encryption.

Ok33 is committed to delivering the highest quality service; however, ok33 is not liable for the following:

• Bets lost due to internet disconnection or power outages
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to a member's own account
• Delays or errors caused by third-party payment providers
• Service disruptions caused by unforeseen technical issues
• Betting losses due to sports results or match cancellations

Ok33 reserves the right to amend, add to, or remove any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will take effect from the date they are published on the ok33 website.

For significant changes, ok33 will notify members via their registered mobile number or email. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you may request to close your account.
